This sad little guy is an owner surrender due to not listening to the owner and being mistreated thus losing trust in humans. Afraid of the world, he is less fearful now and we hope we can help this cute little guy. He certainly is worth the time as so many turn around once they are away from humans who should never have dogs. He builds trust. He is not great with all dogs but great with some. He has it in for a black minpin here but he is more fearful than anything when confronted. You know the type. Not very old and small at only 13 pounds. He listens well and crates well. He barks at large dogs and things that frighten him, seems to like children and was adopted for awhile until they had issues unrelated to him. He did well there..
