Charlie is a 6 year old Wire-haired Jack Russell Terrier around 20 lbs, who sadly was surrendered when one of his owners passed away. He is good with other dogs and cats, but is scared of men, especially ones wearing a hat, so he would love a female owner.
He will go potty outside, but occasionally will mark in the house or have an accident. He does have some separation anxiety, and will do best in a home where someone works from home, is retired, or is an at home parent. He is waiting in Windsor. Come meet this cute little guy today!
