He is very expressive and what a character! He's just so cute he got away with murder... The little tyrant was surrendered to us and volunteers had quite the work ahead of them. His foster mom laid the rules and set up boundaries for him. She was firm with him and laid the law down. He learned very quickly that he's not getting away with murder and she's not tolerating his naughty behavior. Once Charlie understood she was the leader and he wasn't, he quickly got that he needed to behave around her. We've had him for mths now and no biting. He even gets along with some dogs and would enjoy a dog friend. He's a great dog now and gets it. He needs an experienced dog owner who can continue being a strong leader and guide him properly so he doesn't revert to his old ways. Little guy lives in a home with dogs and cats. Can live as the only dog in the home. Charlie is a social dog and loves saying hello to people on the street. He's everyone's pal when out and about.
