Charlie

Charlie's 'family' decided to move and left this poor boy tied to the porch. We're not sure what they were thinking but we are sure Charlie was not impressed. Luckily a good Samaritan found out about the situation and now Charlie is safe and sound in foster care with her. He is SO happy to have been rescued, but he sure would love to find a forever home with someone who will never abandon him again!



Charlie is about 10-12 months old, currently about 60 lbs, and will be medium to large when fully grown. Because of his size, he would be best in a home with children over the age of 5. He is a very affectionate dog and is extremely enthusiastic about playtime! And talk about smart!!!

Charlie enjoys walks and is learning more about leash-walking etiquette. Since he's an extremely intelligent guy, we expect great things from him as we continue working on basic training! He is socializing very well with foster mom's 2 year old lab-mix female. A permanent home with a big sister would be lots of fun!



Charlie would love to live with older children and adults who enjoy long walks and snuggling! If you like soft and fuzzy, inquisitive, and very affectionate dogs, Charlie is the one for you!
