Charlie puppy

Charlie is part of a litter whose mom is a Schipperke/Dachshund mix. Charlie weighs 24 pounds currently. The dad is not known but mom is a 12 pound Schipperke/pomeranian. Charlie was born 8/18/23. He is so cute and looks like a miniature black labrador retriever mixed with a dachshund body. He has been neutered and had three distemper/parvo shots plus lepto, Bordetella, a one year rabies, and has been microchipped. He is wormed and on flea and heartworm meds. He is a sweetheart and loves to carry sticks into the house, loves belly rubs and gives great kisses. Thinking about a new puppy.. things to keep in mind: Puppy will need time, training, love and connection, mixed in with a load of attention. Best if children are school age or older; we will consider younger children only on exception basis. Puppies have small bladders and need to have someone to let them out regularly for potty breaks..work from home, work part-time, come home at lunch..need a plan as they will need you every 4 to 5 hours until they are at least 6 to 8 months old. Will your current pet be willing to accept a new puppy. Puppies can be a handful. Will you be traveling extensively for the next couple of months?
