Chase

Chase is a handsome, energetic, absolutely huggable 58 pounds of play-all-day! He is always waiting for someone to pet him, play ball, or better still, go for a walk! His energy can occasionally get him into trouble, as when he was in his previous home, he was able to jump a 7-foot fence! His new humans will have to take care that he is always supervised when playing by himself, and make sure that he gets lots of exercise and stimulation to wear him out throughout the day. Chase has shown some nervousness when meeting new dogs, so a slow introduction to any current pups in the home is best. If you have a dog, bring them by for a meet and greet to see if it's a good match. If you've got a sturdy fence and energy to spare, come on in and meet Chase today! This pet is eligible for an Adoption Audition! What is an Adoption Audition? It's a 5-day, no-strings-attached, trial adoption period. You can take this pet home to try it out! Interested? Come to the shelter any time during open hours and talk to one of our Customer Care staff! Be sure to check the "shelter information" box on the listing to see if the pet is located at our Fairfax Campus (4500 West Ox Road, Fairfax) or our Lorton Campus (8875 Lorton Road, Lorton). Then, come in during our open hours!
