One year ago, Chester found a home as a puppy. But just a few days ago, we received a heart-wrenching call from Animal Control. A dog had been surrendered, and the records bore the name of Pet Savers. Our hearts broke to learn it was Chester. The family who took him in never reached out to us for help; they simply gave him up. We want everyone to know that if you adopt from us, you can always bring your pet back to us. It's part of the contract you sign with us.
Chester is
now heartbroken and confused. Our staff is doing everything they can to comfort him and make him feel safe, but he's clearly been through so much in the past few days. He is neutered, friendly with other dogs and people of all ages, and heartworm negative. If you can open your heart and home to Chester, please apply. Let's get this sweet boy back into a loving home where he belongs.
