Chevy arrived in August 2023, seeking a new family as his previous one could no longer care for him. Initially stressed by shelter life, Chevy has settled in, revealing more of his amazing personality as he becomes more comfortable. This 2 to 2.5-year-old boy is super sweet and gets excited for leash walks, although he's quite strong. While Chevy prefers to be the only dog at home, he compensates by seeking out people for maximum pets. He responds well to a slip lead harness, enjoys squeaky toys and balls, and even knows what a crate is. He entertains himself by flipping toys around, creating his own fun. Chevy, who is neutered, vaccinated and up to date on heartworm testing, would thrive in a household with children aged 12 and up.
