My Story

Hi everyone! My name is Chief Quinto, but you can call me Chief. My foster dad found me in early 2024 when he saw me limping and disoriented. I was really confused and scared, so I didn’t want to go to him at first, but two other people helped lure me with cheese. My foster dad carefully lifted me into his car because my paw was hurting. He fed me and took me to the vet to get checked out. He found out that I was chipped and originally had owners, but they abandoned me and I was really sad. My foster dad has taken really good care of me. He has helped me gain weight and put me through heartworm treatment, so I am now healthy and a good 80lbs. The doctor said he thinks I am a pyrenees/shepherd mix. I am a really happy boy now! I like dogs and every person I have ever met. I love being outside, hiking, playing with my toys, and being in water, but I also love spending time with humans cuddling. I haven’t been loved in the past, but I have so much love to give, and it’s been so wonderful receiving love back. If you are in need of a big floofy boy in your life, I’m the one for you!
