Little Chip is only 18 lbs and looks like he was adopted from the county shelter in 2016. Now around 8 years old this little guy needs a new home because his family turned him back into the shelter because they said he was nippy. We have not seen anything like that but a sweet and loving guy that does great with other dogs and cats. We are not sure about children but great with adults. If you would like to meet this cute fellow contact Animal Network, adoption fee is $200, fully vetted and ready for his forever home.
