Lap dog anyone? Chip is a 9.5 lb., 3.5-year-old male C hihuahua who wants nothing more than a lap or a cozy blanket to snuggle with. He warms up quickly to people with pets and takes treats well. He is a typical Chihuahua and likes when people respect his boundaries and let him approach on his terms. We hope you like kisses, because Chip will give them for free! His perfect day includes short walks outside and lots of lap cuddles. At nighttime, he likes to sleep under the covers, please and thank you! Chip also walks well on a leash and enjoys exploring. Chip is house trained and kennel trained. Chip does well with other respectful dogs, but he has no experience with cats that we are aware of. Chip will need supervision while outside even in a fenced in yard, but a fenced yard is not required for Chip. As mentioned above, Chip appreciates when other respect his boundaries, for this reason, Chip would do best in a home with children 10+ or very experienced calm children.
