Chip is an adorable 4-5 month old pup who's the last of his litter and full of boundless energy and curiosity. As a typical rambunctious puppy, he's always up for playtime and adventure, making him a fantastic addition to any family ready for some puppy fun. When he first arrived to the shelter with his siblings, him and another one of his siblings had gotten sick with the parvo virus a couple weeks after they arrived as it was in their system before they had came in. Madison Oglethorpe Animal Shelter is a non-profit shelter serving over 720 square miles. We are open intake, meaning we can not turn away animals from either county we serve. Our shelter intakes double or triple it's capacity every month so it is essential we place animals quickly into adoptive homes. Since so many animals enter the shelter we often don't have enough volunteers to write an individual bio for each. Viewing and adoption hours at our shelter are Wednesday through Sunday from 12 PM to 5 PM. All adoption fees include age-appropriate vaccinations, flea treatment, deworming, and spay or neuter, microchip, and adoption packet. Fees: Dogs over 6 months old: $100 Puppies under 6 months: $200.
