Meet Chiquita! She is a darling 1 year old, 14 pound, black and tan, Miniature Pinscher/Terrier mix with warm brown eyes. This pretty girl was left at a laundromat by her homeless owner AFTER he sold her puppies! No more abuse for this poor girl! She’s an AFC dog now and will spend the rest of her life loved! She is shy and needs an experienced adopter. She gets along fine with other dogs but would also be fine as an only dog. NO cats! She will chase them. She has gotten very attached to her foster mom in a short period of time and has been sleeping in her bed. She is very loyal to whoever she connects with and must have someone who is active retired or works from home. Chiquita really wants to connect with you. She loves to go for walks and car rides. She appears to be house broken and is using the doggie door. She is a SMART dog and knows the commands: Sit, Down and Shake. She can easily get over a 4-foot fence so please have an escape proof yard / securely fenced yard. She is scheduled to be spayed but we are looking for her home now.
