Chispy

Meet Chispy! Chispy was surrendered to Baldwin Park Animal Care Center by her owners for unknown reasons. She is 12 years old, weighs 61 lbs., and is very sweet and friendly. Chispy does well with other dogs and is in a play group with several other of our adoptable Frosted Faces. Chispy went on a two-week Frosted Fling, so we could learn more about her in a home setting. Her Fling Mom reports: "Chispy is such a sweet girl! Here is what we've learned about her: * She will nose you and ask for love, but she's also perfectly fine being alone. * She loves peanut butter and meat but not fruit. * She sleeps out in the living room on her own and will come get us if she needs to go potty. * * She loves to sleep all day and then sleeps through the night. * She gets along great with other dogs, however she can get grouchy around the water bowl. * She is a good walker and can do small staircases. * She is an excellent houseguest and does not get on the furniture or counter surf. * No separation anxiety or other undesirable behaviors.
