Chomps is around 5 years old and is possibly a German Shepherd or Alaskan Malamute mix. We are not 100% sure of his breed, but he is a gorgeous, sweet and goofy big baby. He was pulled from Animal Control after he had his tail bitten off by an animal and went through 4 surgeries to have it repaired. He needs a confidence booster, as shelter life hasn't been easy on him, but is the type of dog that once he bonds with you he is yours forever! He doesn't appear to have much exposure to cats so his ideal home would be without cats till he gets his confidence back and learns he is safe in his forever home. Chomps is a quick learner, he loves life even though it has not been easy on him and deserves the best! He is crate trained, will do anything for food and is fully vetted. Cats would not make a good fit in the home for him, but would be okay with the right large dog in the home.
