OBSERVED BY SHELTER STAFF: Chopper is a quiet fellow here at the shelter when not in his kennel. Being in a kennel is very stressful for him and the sooner he can find a home, the better. He doesnt seem to mind other dogs or cats. He is great with people and prefers to stick close to them. He will actively seek out attention and loves all that a person can give! Although he needs some help fine-tuning his leash manners, he does know the sit and shake commands. Weighs 68 pounds; $25 to adopt.
