Chowder is a treasure. He was deemed rescue only due to fear at the shelter but the minute he got into a foster home, that all changed. He is very low key but does like to play with other small mellow dogs. He walks well on the leash and loves to lay in the yard in the sunshine. He will need training but is very food and treat motivated so that shouldnt be too difficult. Hesa great cuddler and if you are lucky he will give you a sweet nose kiss.
