My Story

On 3/26/24, Cinderella and her brother were transported into our rescue.  The two, 10 week old puppies, were dumped at a dump site and left behind.  No food, no water, just babies left alone.  From the moment the two puppies arrived, they have been nothing less than perfect.  OK, not perfect … they did the typical puppy-chewing stuff like ruining a couple garden hoses, a couple of outside plants, tore the stuffing out of play toys and other typical puppy destruction.  On a funny note, have to mention that Cinderella chewed the electrical cords under the electric bed, but thank goodness, the bed is already propped up, so foster mom is OK with current bed position. There are no electrical cords left on the 6 month new bed.  Puppies are like toddlers, well, they are toddlers, and you have to watch them every second. We need to understand puppy behavior and safeguard them from getting into dangerous situations.  Cinderella has been with her foster mom for  exactly three months.  She is crate trained at night and her potty habits are good.  She has been in a foster with other dogs; mostly small dogs, and loves to play with everyone.  There is not an aggressive bone in her body.  Cinderella is a total love bug.  She is happy, social, loves everyone and everything.  This little girl (not so little now) deserves her own mommy.  The puppies were only 10 weeks old upon arrival into the rescue and weighed 12lbs.  Cinderella now weighs over 40lbs.  Her best friend in the foster home is tiny Andy who weighs 8lbs.  Cinderella and Andy rarely stop playing together.  Cinderella is gentle and kind and even though she out weighs him by 30+ pounds, she is careful with him and tender in everything she does.  This girl is extraordinary.  For three months, Cinderella has sat in foster care waiting for someone to say, “I choose you”.  We would love to find the perfect home where someone does say those words to Cinderella.  Her brother Lucky-Day was adopted to a wonderful home three weeks ago and doing great.  This girl would provide so much joy to your life.  Cinderella’s intake puppy picture is attached ………….. look at those ears compared from then until now.  She is a gorgeous girl.   Adoption fee $300
