Clementine

Sweet Clementine is a 7 year old coonhound mix. Clementine has had a pretty rough life where she was obviously neglected and ignored for great lengths of time. After having such an existance, she was ultimately dumped at a high kill shelter and left to be euthanized. Thankfully though some wonderful folks at the shelter saw her true potential and advocated for her to be spared. They spent time with and socialized her and also made sure that she safely get into rescue.

While Clementine can still be a shy girl at first, she is a total doll and really loves everyone she eets. It may take her a second to come up to you, but once she does she melts onto you. She will lay her head in your lap and soak up every ounce of attention she can get. Once she looks at you with those sad dopey eyes she will win your heart.

Clementine LOVES other dogs and she would do great in a home with a brother or a sister to keep her company and boy does she love to play with her canine companions. Though she will do fine as an only dog too, Clementine's true personality and zest for life comes out around other dogs so we would be thrilled if her forever family has a doggie playmate.

As one of our newest intakes, we are still getting to know Clementine and will update her profile and photos soon. As with all One Tail dogs, Clementine is spayed, up-to-date on vaccinations, microchipped, and heartworm tested. Her adoption fee is $150.
