Sweet Colby is a 18-24 month boy who was surrendered to a kill shelter in the south with 2 other labbie friends: sadly his friends did not survive, but a kind rescuer saved him and has been showing him the caring that he deserves. Our boy weighs 50 lbs so is a great size: loves other dogs but is shy with people. He is not at all aggressive and is great once he knows someone but is shy at first. He is truly a super dog: just needs some training and reasurrance that his next owner will keep and love him! Adoption fee $375

We are a network of foster homes in the South and the New England area. THERE IS NO SPECIFIC SHELTER LOCATION. If you wish to meet our dogs, you must first be approved by going through our application and screening process.
Forever Home Rescue suggests obedience training for all puppies and dogs. All dogs are up to date on their shots, dewormed and spayed or neutered. Vet fees, transport fee and New England quarantine fees ARE INCLUDED in each dog's adoption fee. Also, any dogs older than pups--even if they are not marked housetrained in their posting---usually housetrain within a day or two, because most are used to living outside in the south and will prefer to "do their business" outdoors.
