Comet

My name is Comet, and even though I’m only about 6 months old, I’m surprisingly calm and respectful for my age. I’m from a litter of 9 puppies that were saved from a high-kill shelter. Almost all of my other siblings have found their forever homes, and now it’s my turn please! I am still a puppy and still have puppy energy, but I’m not much of a chewer, and I’m very soft-mouthed for my age. I’m also learning how to walk nicely on a leash and how to ring the bells to let my foster mom know when I need to go outside. I ride nicely in the car, settle down nicely in my crate, and be very respectful of all of the people and animals in my foster home. I’m really smart and eager to learn. I am a master at “sit,” and I’m currently working on “down” and “paw.” I’m also really good at fetch and very good at “release,” so please throw it away again! My favorite things are, in order, my octopus toy, laying my head on your lap, and being your shadow all around the house.
