Hi! My name is Conroe! I was rescued from the Texas border and brought to the Big Dog Ranch Rescue to find my FURever home! I may be a little guy, but I have a big heart. You just gotta give me lots of love and patience to help me past my shy exterior. Not to mention treats. I LOVE treats!! I would do best in a nice quiet home where I can learn to open up at my own pace. Once I do, I'm a snuggle bug and I walk perfectly on a leash! Since I would do best in a calmer home, I would prefer adults only in my family. Dog friends would be great though, and I've been getting along with all the dogs I've met so far. I'm at a great size for apartment life, and I think I'd even do well with sessions, especially with a little training. I'm ready and waiting for the next chapter of my life so I can show everyone how loving I am when you take the time to help me open up.
