My name is Conroy! I am 1 year old and I weigh around 21 pounds. I am neutered, am current on vaccines, microchipped, and on heartworm and flea prevention. I was surrendered to rescue after being purchased from a, “breeder.” The folks that purchased me realized I had too much puppy energy for them. I have been in foster working on my social skills as I rarely left my home previously. I would do best in a calm, adult only home. I am the sweetest boy and am looking for a home that will continue to take me places and show me the sights! I will require consistent professional grooming. Please list the groomer that you use, or that you intend to use on the, “anything else” section of the application. My adoption fee is $525. We do home visits when a reference check is not enough. You must be at least 23 years old to apply to adopt. Please fill out all fields as accurately as possible. We will not process incomplete applications. Adoptions are made on a best home basis. If two excellent applications come in for the same dog, our policy is first in time, first in line. Our goal is to have the very best home for all our dogs. Our dogs are in private foster homes waiting to be adopted. Due to limited foster space, we are unable to hold an animal to be adopted out at a later time. Please keep in mind that we do our best to make an educated guess as to the breeds of our rescued pets. In rescue we rarely see the parents of our dogs and puppies, and even when we do, they are usually mixed breeds as well. We rely solely on adoption fees and donations to provide care for our rescued animals, many of whom have incurred medical bills that are much higher than any possible adoption fee. The fees received act to help support the organization as a whole, allowing them to continue efforts to rescue animals.
