As an ice breaker, the Volunteer asked me “If you were a girl scout cookie what kind would you be?” I guess I could say, Tag A-Long because Shepherds enjoy to tag along. Or a s’mores because dogs are always asking for s’more treats. But I think I would be a Chickenza. It’s a cookie made of chicken and pizza. I know it’s not an actual cookie, but you need to think outside the cookie box.
?It is great that my name is cookie, because I love treats. Cookies, biscuits, milk bones, anything you can eat. I am not a big dog in terms of GSDS, only in the 50’s, but I still request a big yard, because I love outdoor time. In the play yard, I love to play with the other dogs, I can be a bit of a bossier female, so take that into account when you choose me, make sure your dogs wouldn’t mind that.
At Foster Mom’s I have a pet door, so I enjoy being able to be inside with the humans or be outside with the trees and grass. I would not likely be a good apartment dog due to my love of nature and going outdoors for fresh air. Plus I am not a big fan of being crated, so a house and yard would suit me better.
I look forward to meeting you and you bringing snacks!
