Meet Cookie Cookie is a 4 y/o, apx 55lbs, gorgeous girl who found herself timestamped for euthanasia in a small rural NC shelter due solely to space. Thankfully, a wonderful foster family stepped up so we were able to save her in the nick of time. Since then, we’ve heard nothing but how wonderful and incredibly special she is. Here’s what her foster mom has to say: “Cookie is a cuddle bug and her favorite spot is right by my husband and I! On the other hand, she also has moderate energy as to be expected for someone her age. This girl LOVES taking walks and sometimes gets the zoomies! Cookie is house trained and is able to be left out without any issues. She walks great on a leash!! Cookie would love another low energy, submissive fursibling that match her play-style and energy level. She would love someone that can take her on walks and would love to sleep in bed with you at the foot of your bed if you’d allow. Cookie doesn’t have kids in her current foster home but when she sees kids in the neighborhood she wags her tail and is happy to see them.
