**Update** (7/25/09) After patiently waiting for several months, Cooper has found his perfect home! He has a wonderful mom and dad and a canine companion to hang out with! We are so happy for our Cooper!!! (4/25) This special boy is still waiting for a family who will make him feel loved and safe. He is affectionate and obedient and just craves our attention. Please consider welcoming this wonderful boy into your family! (1/8/09) Cooper is listed as special needs because he is blind in one eye. In no way does this affect his quality of life. Cooper loves all people and all dogs! He will make a wonderful family member! He is just one more dog (approx. 8 years old) whose owners could no longer care for him. So sad.....He is an older boy who just wants a family to invite him into their home and love him and take care of him. Cooper does not act his age and plays with all the other dogs.
