Cortland is a little girl with a big personality!! She was humanely trapped after being on her own at a very young age and because of this, can be easily startled and is cautious with new situations & people. She would do best in a home with no small children for this reason. She does fine with other dogs when introduced slowly & properly but can be very bossy so will need tolerant furry friends!
Cortland has become very good friends with Kora, another KKPP adoptable with the same foster, and it would be wonderful to place them together <3 (Pictures added to show the two together)
Once she warms up to you, Cortland will be your very best friend! She will snuggle with you, follow you around and just want to be where you are. So if you are looking for that special companion who thinks you are the world, Cortland is your girl!
