Say bon jour to one of HARP's most lovely girls - Cosette! This wonderful pup was recently brought to us as a stray, so unfortunately, we don't know too much about her past, but since she has been with us, she has blown us away with how great she is!
While she can be a little nervous at first, Cosette loves coming out of her kennel for her daily walks, and is a rock star on the leash is she does say so herself. While she hasn't met other dogs since being here yet, she has seem some passing by and looks very eager to play.
