When Walker's not listening to Hank Williams, he enjoys lying by the fireplace and doing dishes. What??? Yup...Dishes. One day Walker decided to open the dishwasher, bring several of the extra dirty dishes back to his crate and clean them up. Now who can say no to their very own private dishwasher? Walker hasn't always been a country music loving dishwasher, he was originally from Mississippi where he was caught up in the whirlwind of Hurricane Katrina. With his ear mostly severed off, he was taken into care and brought up to Connecticut to find a new home. Walker was originally bred as a hunting dog, so a 6 foot fence and a home without cats is required. A home with another female dog or perhaps a mellow male dog would be considered. He also is large, so older children are best. Walker is a gentle giant. He wants nothing more than to sit on your lap and cuddle. Did we mention that he also really loves men? Walker is a 7 year old, male Treeing Walker Coonhound and is currently being boarded at a kennel.
