Craven

Craven is a 9 week old lab mix puppy that comes from a litter of 7 that was saved from downstate Illinois. He is a very loving boy that will find his way into your heart the first second you lay eyes on him. He loves to snuggle and will fall asleep in your arms with in a few minutes of picking him up. He is a little more independent than his brothers and sisters and will sometimes just go off and play by himself and have a great time. When you walk into his room he will do this little puppy dance because he is so happy to see you. He loves cheese slices and like his sister does not like hotdogs. He is not a picky eater at all he loves his dry puppy food. He loves kids, new people and other dogs. We have started to work on potty training and he will pick it up soon.

ADOPTION FEE: $325.00 The adoption fee includes all age appropriate vaccinations including rabies, HW test if age appropriate, de-worming, microchip, fecal, spay or neuter, Heartworm and flea and tick preventative.

ADOPTION PROCESS: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
The first step in the adoption process is to fill out an application online at www.placingpawsrescue.org.
Once we review the applications, those applicants that are thought to be a good match will be contacted as quickly as possibly. We ask that you please be patient with us as we are all volunteers. Then a telephone interview will take place, references checked and a home visit will be conducted. We will then arrange for you to meet the dog. We require that all family members, including current dogs meet the dog prior to adoption. We put all of the known information in the animals description. If the animal is listed on the website, we are still accepting applications for that animal. We only remove the animal when the final adoption paperwork is signed.
