Cruise was left at a local police station, and the person who left him stated he was neutered and they were just fostering him.
We did our best to dig for information but came up empty handed. What's weirder? He wasn't even neutered, but he did have an expired rabies tag.
Cruise is about three years old, incredibly cute and playful. He walks well on a leash and knows basic commands. This independent charmer appears to enjoy the company of other dogs, although a meet and greet would be necessary. However, his compatibility with cats is uncertain. Oh, and if you have a pool or pond, that's a huge plus, because this fellow adores the water.
