WE HAVE RECIEVED DOZENS OF EMAILS ABOUT OUR PUPPIES IN THE PAST FEW WEEKS, MOST OF WHICH DID NOT CONTAIN A COMPLETED ADOPTION APPLICATION. PLEASE, TO DECREASE THE OVERWHELMING WORKLOAD OF OUR VOLUNTEERS, READ OUR ADOPTION REQUIREMENTS ON OUR HOMEPAGE PRIOR TO EMAILING AND ATTACH AN APPLICATION WITH YOUR INQUIRIES. DUE TO THE YOUNG AGE AND FOLLOW-UP VETERINARY CARE REQUIRED BY PUPPIES, A VETERINARY REFERENCE IS A MUST.
2/23/07: "Cuddles" is one of our newest arrivals that came to us from a household full of dogs who thinks it is cruel to spay and neuter their dogs. They have now found theirselves overwhelmed and want to do the right thing by surrendering some of their pets so that they have a chance to find GOOD homes of their own. He is a real Heinze 57 with shih-tzu, maltese, poodle, pug, etc. lineage, so he should stay under 20# even when full grown. He is currently ~7# and 10 weeks old. This bouncy boy wants nothing more than to be the apple of someone's eye. He cries until picked up and longs to be held and cuddled. He's bouncy and playful with the other cats and dogs, but would be content "lapping it up" on the couch and being douced with attention from a loving family. Due to his small size, we recommend him going to a home with no small children (under 5 years old). The adoption donation for this puppy is $350 to help defray veterinary expenses...bringing a bag of puppy chow to help us feed the 12+ puppies we currently have would be GREATELY appreciated as well:) Thanks in advance for your help! .

We get dozens of emails and phone calls each day with only an hour of "free time" to volunteer and answer them around our full-time jobs and family life...don't let your inquiry get passed by because of an incomplete application.

Adoptions limited to a 500 mile radius of Pulaski, NY and pets must be viewed in person by all family members prior to adoption; animals will not be shipped to their new homes.
