I'm a bit shy, but I will try to tell you all about myself. Don't get me wrong; once I get to know you, my shyness goes away. As a matter of fact, I am super affectionate. I absolutely LOVE to cuddle with my humans. Sometimes I dance around my foster mom, then put my front feet up on her and say "please, please, pick me up and hold me." Being in someone's arms is the best. While I do appreciate my quiet, relaxing time, running around the fenced-in yard. Enjoying nature is a favorite activity of mine. We go for leash walks as another way of taking in nature. I always walk nicely on my leash. This way, my human can have an enjoyable stroll as well. In addition to walking well on leash, I am house trained and crate trained. Additionally, I know how to sit and come on command. I'm not trying to brag. I just wanted you to be aware of my vast knowledge. There are some things that make me unsettled. Some examples are loud noises (such as the vacuum cleaner) and unexpected quick movements. These things make me jump! Hey, what was that!?!? I get over it quickly enough, but in the moment, it's pretty jarring. I forgot to mention that I also enjoy car rides. I don't drive, but I make a great co-pilot. Oh, okay, more of a back seat driver, I guess. Either way, I ride tethered in the back seat and just take in the experience. This activity is special because it combines relaxing with moving! What a concept! I think you now know just about all there is to know about me.
