Daisy

Daisy, an adorable Bullmastiff/ Boxer mix, is the smallest of her litter, weighing just 23kg! As we call her, "Mini Mastiff"! This sweetheart is making incredible strides in meeting new people while in shelter. She has met many volunteers and staff members and once she's comfortable they say she's the biggest sweetheart. Though it typically takes 2-3 times meeting someone new for her to become comfortable, once you're in, you're in! She'll jump in your lap, give you tons of kisses, lay her entire body in your lap like she's a tiny puppy. She enjoys her toys more than anything and loves when you chase her around and fling her toys through the air. She'll jump on them and bounce like a little puppy after them. Watching her enjoy her favourite toys makes us laugh every time. Daisy walks like a dream with her harness and leash. She does not pull and stays close to you. She loves to explore! She has lived with dogs before and would likely love to have a new fur-bestie in the home with her. She has a lot of confidence to gain but with time, patience and love we know she'll be a confident girlie in no time! Just a few weeks in care and we've seen her blossom into the most loving and playful companion. We ask that prospective adopters submit and have their applications approved before meeting Daisy, as she can be quite nervous we don't want to overwhelm her too much.
