Hello! My name is Dakari, and I am a 4 year old, 18 pound, spayed female, fox terrier mix. I am very sweet, and loving. Did you know that Dakari is an African word that means "Joyful" or "Rejoice?" And that name definitely fits me! I will have you laughing out loud when you see how I stand up to beg for treats. I would do best with a family that likes to go for walks and has a backyard for me to play in. Stop by to meet this bundle of joy! ADOPTION PROCESS: If you are interested in adopting from Second Chance SPCA, please come during open hours. Adopters will visit with an adoption counselor and complete a short application. Adopters must live within the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex and be at least 21 years old. Renters must provide proof of pet deposit and/or written permission by landlord to have a pet. ADOPTION FEES: Includes spay/neuter, age appropriate vaccinations, microchip, fecal, and heartworm test (dogs) or FeLV/FIV test (cats). All cats and dogs are current on heartworm and flea preventative. $275 for puppies under 6 months of age and $225 for dogs older than 6 months. $175 for kittens under 6 months of age and $150 for cats older than 6 months.
