Dalton-ADOPTED!

6/23/09: Dalton is really getting the hang of housebreaking--no accidents in several days now, and just doing great! He's learning to sit for me to put his leash on to go out (although he still wants to "give paw" when I tell him to sit), and is just an absolute love bug!! He also loves to run around the house with stuffed animals! He's a really great dog . . . much cuter than he looks in his photos.

6/15/09: Dalton is very sweet and EXTREMELY affectionate--loves people! He also loves to play with other dogs. Dalton would do well as an only dog so he could devote all his attention to his people, or be a second dog if it were a young and active one. He's not quite housebroken but has only had 3 accidents so far, and has been getting a lot of praise for going outside - he seems to be getting the idea. He's a great dog, and the kids are really having fun with him!

5/30/09: Dalton is a handsome and friendly German Shepherd mix with a gorgeous shiny and fluffy coat. He is one year old. Dalton is a bright dog who already knows how to sit and shake hands. Dalton has wonderful manners and enjoys going for long walks. He loves to play fetch in the shelter yard, and we enjoy seeing him happily bounding about. Dalton has such a sweet, playful personality. He is great with people of all ages and plays well with other dogs
