My Story

Dashing, delightful and daring are just a few words that will come to mind when you meet this labrador retriever/hound mix litter. At around 5 months of age, they are pretty irresistible by appearance alone but then you discover their loving and sweet nature and they become unforgettable. First introductions are sure to result in swooning hearts. Darcy is one member of the litter and when you look into her soulful eyes, you will see one great canine. Darcy currently weighs around 18 pounds and is expected to grow leaps and bounds. It is estimated that she will be a large size dog of over 60 pounds when she if full grown. Big dog lovers will be thrilled to have this sweetheart in their lives. If you are looking for fun, look no further than Darcy because she is the queen of fun. With her puppy playfulness, she will rock out the good times to the beat of her own drum. All are welcome to help her celebrate life and become her best friend. There is always room for another friend as she enjoys the company of other dogs, children of all ages and cats. She is a great pal to hang around with, work off some energy or cuddle up for some nap time. Darcy is up for just about anything. House rules are an important component to life of a house dog, so Darcy is working diligently on her house, crate and leash walking skills. She is making strides and putting in her best effort. She has confidence that her family will be there helping her along the way so there is no turning back and it is full steam ahead. As with all puppies, Darcy is full of curiosity and wonderment, and is ready to grow from adorable puppy to amazing dog with the right guidance and patience. She will need a home with someone who has the time, desire and energy to train and socialize her so that she can become the perfect lifelong companion.
