Let us introduce to you Mr. Daryl Craig, a 4-year-old Chihuahua mix, weighing in at just 12 lbs, he’s perfect backpack size that loves to play fetch! Daryl was found roaming a busy warehouse, skillfully dodging big trucks as he navigated through life on the streets. It's evident that he has spent a significant amount of time fending for himself, but since being rescued, Daryl has shown remarkable progress in overcoming his fears but will need a understanding forever home. Daryl enjoys the simple life, a nice bed to relax on and maybe a run around the yard or a small walk. It doesn’t take much to make him happy! He would prefer a home that is calm and not too much excitement around him. When it comes to his furry friends, Daryl prefers making friends with well-mannered dogs. He likes to take things slow, and doesn’t enjoy dogs in his personal space too fast. (He has NOT been cat tested). Due to his previous experiences, sudden and fast movements can still be unsettling for him. As such, we recommend a home without young children who may unknowingly trigger some anxieties. He is neutered, up to date on shots, and is microchipped. He will come with a health certificate from the Vet along with a fecal test.
