Hi, my name is Darwin. I'm not your typical Doodle mix. I would prefer not to visit busy parks or play with children, but I can be a great companion for my favorite one or two people. Staying home and playing ball with you in the back yard sounds like more fun to me than hopping in the car to go get a puppuccino at Starbucks. I am cool hanging out in my crate at home while you are away at work or running errands.
I've been at the shelter for a while waiting for the right home. The staff and volunteers have invested a lot of time with me and I've learned some new tricks - like crawl, sit at doorways, and go to my bed. They think I'll do best in an adult-only home.
