This beautiful young dog knows sit and enjoys exploring the shelter play yards. Davita would do wonderful in a home with a dedicated owner, as she already knows basic commands and is motivated to learn more with time. She recently went on a Barks N Rec field trip and this is what her handler had to say Davita is such a precious girl, I have nicknamed her Darling Davita. She had such a blast during her doggy day out. First thing we did was head to the nature trail. She walks really great on leash. So great even, she can walk herself! Then, we took a break to watch the kayakers and ducks roam the river. She was thrilled to watched from the sidelines. On our way back to the house, we went to get a treat for the both of us. Everyone who saw her just adored her and asked about her. Then at home, we took some time to play in the sprinkler and relax in the yard. Our smiles say it all. We had the best day!" Davitahas participated in shelter playgroups and may enjoy a compatible canine friend in her new home. Looking for a buddy for your dog?
