Dean likes to be near a human and he is protective of his owner. I think he’s just insecure. He likes to be pet! He likes to have his body on the person who he feels will protect him. He’s a great dog! He will loosen up once he’s in a permanent environment. He’s close to Penelope. Penelope watches out for him.
Dean will need lots of Love and Kindness with a good dog trainer and a patient family!
