Friends, meet Dewey! He is a gentle giant that has the sweetest face you will ever see. He will be your shadow, your cuddle buddy, and your protector. He loves everyone he meets and enjoys playing outside with other dogs. His BFF in his foster home is a teenage boy and they love hanging out in the basement together! Dewey has learned about his size and coordination and is good with children of all ages. If he see's anyone sitting down, he immediately thinks that is an invitation for a rest in your lap.
Dewey is fully housebroken and knows how to use a doggy door. He is very talkative and will be sure to let you know if someone is trying to sneak into your yard! He absolutely loves to play in the pool, especially when he gets to splash around with his doggy friends. He has made doggy friends of all sizes, all the way from 12lbs up to 100lbs. He has also been working on his manners as he loves to jump up and give lots of kisses. Thankfully, he's very smart and treat-motivated, so a few treats will go a long way when it comes to training Dewey!
