Meet Dixie, Dixie is a hound mix who is around 3-4 years old and weighs 35lbs. Dixie came to us as a stray. When arriving her neck was very raw and had a big cut in it like she had been caught in a fence. Her neck is healing nicely and we are currently working on getting her to gain more weight. Dixie is such a sweetheart, and it seems that she would make a perfect companion for anyone. Out in the yard she seems to want to stay close to you and seems to do okay on a leash. Dixie also seems to be fine around other dogs
