My Story

Meet our "Roadside Litter" Their story is extremely sad as they were witnessed being tossed out on the side of the road about an hour from Charleston. To think a human could be so vile towards an animal is just gut wrenching. These four babies were spotted often by people driving by, eating road kill & dodging cars. Thankfully, someone posted about this group and our director saw the post and several people jumped into action. They were eventaully trapped and brought to our directors home so they could decompress. Day 1: you were not even able to touch them. They run and scream and do anything to get away from you. As they have settled in theyre becoming much more trusting and love their people. They are very food motivated and just enjoy being sat with and talked to. All have started basic vetting. We would love to get them into foster or adoptive homes while they continue coming out of their shells so we can show them just how special and loved they are. We believe they are some type of lab mixes and ten weeks old. If interested in fostering or adopting apply directly via our website at www.dustytailsaniamlrescue.org
