Dolly was found with her siblings in a local dumping area where unwanted puppies and dogs are left to fend for themselves facing starvation, disease, predatory animals and humans. Many of these puppies, if they survive, become feral. Dolly, like her siblings, is one of the lucky ones. She was found and rescued before any of that could happen. She is easy to love and playful.
