Say hello to our most adorable cutie-pie, Dorothy! This lovely girl is simply the bestest girl we have around. At 4 years old, Dorothy is mature, smart, and cute as a button. She adores everything human-related. Your lap? - Pyrfect to nap in. Your shoulder? - Absolutely one of the most comfortable places to lean against. Your hands? - Oh my dawg - the self-serve petting machine - yes, yes, yes! If we must, we may be tempted to say that Dorothy has a healthy addiction to human affection. But seriously, who doesn't want a happy-go-lucky pup to come home to? Take one look at her smiling face and we guarantee that all your troubles will melt away, and before you know it, you will be completely engulfed in a floof of love and hugs. This smart girl walks well on leash, and will sit and come on command. She doesn’t dig, nor care all that much about barking (just a howl here and there). So far, we haven’t seen any bad behaviors from her at all! This sweet and gentle lady does well in the car, and likes being both inside and outdoors (a 5’ fence is sufficient for her). Her ideal home is with someone that’s around a lot, since she just wants to be near her person! She’d also welcome a calmer male dog to chill with, but would do fine as an only dog. Dorothy is such a wonderful girl that we are pawsitive that she will thrive in a loving home where she is adored. What are you waiting for?
