Hi, I’m Dottie, and I’m a one-year-old pit bull with a heart as pure as my white coat. I’m the girl who’s got it all – I’m spayed and vaccinated. At 60 pounds, I’m the perfect size for big hugs and cozy cuddles. I’m a pro at “kennel up,” especially when there’s a cookie involved, and I’ve got my house and crate-training down to a science. Inside, I’m the epitome of calm – I don’t bark up a storm, but I do have a little secret: I’m a bit scared of the dark. When it’s playtime or potty time outside, I might chat a bit too much for the neighbors’ liking. I’m a bit of a foodie – can’t resist surfing the counters for a tasty snack. But don’t worry, I’m all sweetness, and I love snuggling under a blanket at bedtime. I’m such a good bed buddy that I’ve claimed a spot with one of the daughters in my foster home. Leash walks aren’t really my thing – I prefer to be scooped up into your arms. But I’m an absolute dream on car rides, and I adore playing with all kinds of toys. Currently, I’m in Etowah, TN, waiting for someone like you to take me to my forever home, and can even be transported out of state.
