Meet Dottie! This adorable face will steal your heart. She absolutely loves people and getting scritches. Dottie loves to bask in the sun on and will curl up on the couch at the end of the dat. Although she may be deaf that doesn't stop this girl from anything. She is working on her basic commands and would do best with someone who will work with her and give her the love she deserves.
