Douglas

Douglas is 6 month old neutered male His big ears and big personality make him easy to fall in love with! Douglas has tons of energy which may be hard to manage in an only dog household but he would absolutely thrive with another playful well balanced dog to learn from. Douglas would do best with children 16 and over Douglas is at a critical point in his developmental years where his adopter would have to be dedicated to daily training. He needs to continue his house breaking, leash training and other basic training. Training for a 6 month old high energy dog does not come over night and it can take months of daily sessions to achieve. On that note : Douglas is one of the smartest dogs that his foster parents have worked with. He absolutely wants to be the best boy but needs to learn the structure it takes to live in a home . No couch potatoes for this playful pup! He will need a big fenced in yard to play in and someone who is not a beginner dog owner. Douglas is excellent in the car!!
