Dudley is a large, boisterous fellow, and was surrendered to the shelter because he was too big for a musher's team. He is 3 years old and is very active, and can be barky too. He has blue eyes and is a handsome guy. Dudley is a nice dog, friendly, and he knows Sit and Wait. Dudley is accustomed to being both indoors and outdoors. His foster trainer will work on doing 4-6 mile runs with him and see how he progresses.
Iris and Carol took Dudley mushing on Nov 13th; he ran 3 miles in an 8 dog team. Here is what they said about him: "This is the biggest dog I think we have tried out. He probably weighs around 70 pounds. We put him in wheel and he was awesome!! Dudley has a lot of speed and a flawless gait. He is 3 years old and is reddish with blue eyes. He is very friendly. He is a tad dominant with other dogs, but not aggressively so. Just liked to kind of tower over his running mate. Wore a blue/yellow harness which is the biggest that I have!"
